No dooms day in 2012, But a real big disaster ruin and destroy everything!

By 2008, the prophecy about the dooms day made shock for every corner of this planet. One of my friends came to shock as well after reading some articles about the prediction of Maya race over the dooms day in 2012. Ironically, public believe that prediction as well. Instantly, I said, “trust me, there will be no dooms day, no judgement day, no destruction day or what ever in 2012. No one knows when the dooms day is, but Allah…”

Prophecy about dooms day in Islam
I’m a person who deeply believe and testify that there is only One God, One God is Allah. And Prophet Mohammed PBUH is last prophet. I also believe that Holy Qur’an is the real holy book and believe that Holy Qur’an and Hadith are both our clue to life in this world. They are the guide book and the model for us to go to the right as Allah (SWT) shows us the straight path of our life. Thus, i don’t believe for any prophecy, fortune teller in which has no islamic base. Because it will create syirik (believe something out of Allah), as described in Qur’an:

The Noble Quran, 4:116: “Allah forgiveth not (The sin of) joining other gods with Him; but He forgiveth whom He pleaseth other sins than this: one who joins other gods with Allah, Hath strayed far, far away (from the right)”.

We should never judge and claim the exact time when the dooms day will come, because:
1.Only Allah knows best when the last hour is, as explained in Holy Qur’an:

“They ask thee about the (final) Hour – when will be its appointed time? Say: ‘The knowledge thereof is with my Lord (alone): None but He can reveal as to when it will occur. Heavy were its burden through the heavens and the earth. Only, all of a sudden will it come to you.’ They ask thee as if thou Wert eager in search thereof: Say: ‘The knowledge thereof is with God (alone), but most men know not.’ (The Noble Quran, 7:187)”

“Verily the Hour is coming – My design is to keep it hidden – for every soul to receive its reward by the measure of its Endeavour. (The Noble Quran, 20:15)”

“They say: ‘When will this promise come to pass, if ye are telling the truth?’ If only the Unbelievers knew (the time) when they will not be able to ward off the fire from their faces, nor yet from their backs, and (when) no help can reach them! 2. even our prophet (Mohammed PBUH) does not know when the dooms day will be. As explained the hadith follows:

Narrated Abu Huraira: “One day while the Prophet was sitting in the company of some people, (The angel) Gabriel came and asked, ‘What is faith?’ Allah’s Apostle replied, ‘Faith is to believe in Allah, His angels, (the) meeting with Him, His Apostles, and to believe in Resurrection.’ Then he further asked, ‘What is Islam?’ Allah’s Apostle replied, ‘To worship Allah Alone and none else, to offer prayers perfectly to pay the compulsory charity (Zakat) and to observe fasts during the month of Ramadan.’ Then he further asked, ‘What is Ihsan (perfection)?’ Allah’s Apostle replied, ‘To worship Allah as if you see Him, and if you cannot achieve this state of devotion then you must consider that He is looking at you.’ Then he further asked, ‘When will the Hour be established?’ Allah’s Apostle replied, ‘The answerer has no better knowledge than the questioner.

Say no to give up doing analysis
But it does not mean, I have to full stop to wait something to come. I always sharpen and strengten my knowldege by reading and learning about Holy Qur’an, Hadith, and even study about Bible as the previous holy book, just like Old Testament the Prophet Moses’s (as) holy book scripture. But, I dissapoint about the predessecor holy book which has no pure revelation anymore and even the followers do not obey what they embrace. Thus, I keep learning my Holy Qur’an and Hadith, and learning others (academic knowldeges, sciences, researches, other holy books) as the comparation and support the ideas.

The Prophecy of 2012 based on Mayan race and Mayan Calender

Based on wikipedia in which talking about Mayan race: The 2012 doomsday prediction is a present-day cultural meme proposing that cataclysmic and apocalyptic events will occur in the year 2012. The forecast is based primarily on what is claimed to be the end-date of the Mesoamerican Long Count calendar, which is presented as lasting 5,125 years and as terminating on December 21 or 23, 2012.

American Historian, Prof. Jose Arguelles conducted research about this tribe. He curious about Mayan calender prophecy that form similary as the calculation of Tiongkok, and Zhou Yi did. Roughly, the calender described about the cycle of object in the universe and connected with the human race destiny. Arguelles in his work, The Mayan Factor: Path Beyong Technology released by Bear & Company in 1973, explained that our present galaxy system (and connected to Maya calender) is called ‘The Great Cycle’ and the duration is more than 5200 years. The time is from 3113 BC up to 2012 AD.

From the latest 20 years from 1992 to 2012, our planet have been entering the latest Great Cycle, Mayan race claimed it as the important period before the pre-Galatic Synchronization era, they called it as: The Earth Generetion Priod. During this period, Earth will reach the total purity. Then, Earth will entering process of Galatic Synchronization era. Mayan race noted 21 December 2012 as the extinction for the latest present The Human Race life, and entering totally new era that has no connected with present time or present era.
So, Mayan tribe is nothing about Dooms Day, but they predict about the new era instead of Dooms day. But some sources conclude that mayan race prophecies are summarized as follows:

1. There have been three or four previous races and ages of humanity (depending upon the source you read). All of these have been destroyed in major cataclysms. December 21.2012 marks the end of this age and it will end in major catastrophes such as Earthquakes.
2. For half of the katun (20 year Mayan cycle) there will be food, for half some misfortunes. This katun brings the end of the “word of God.” It is a time of uniting for a cause.
3. As we pass through transition there is a colossal, global convergence of environmental destruction, social chaos, war and ongoing Earth changes.
4. The Earth will undergo a magnetic field shift, reversing the polarity of the planet.
5. An asteroid or comet will collide with the Earth.

The Prophecy of 2012, Nibiru, and Planet X according to the scientific

The Nibiru collision idea fails on several basic scientific grounds. However, the SPT is a radio telescope, and cannot take photographs. Its South Pole location was chosen due to the low-humidity environment, and there is no way an approaching object could be seen only from the South Pole. The “picture” of Nibiru posted on YouTube was revealed to in fact be a Hubble image of the expanding gas shell around the star V838 Mon.

Is there any connection to Hadith?
Hadith narrated by Nu’aim bin Hammad: “If there is a sound in month of Ramadan, there will be a riot in month of Syawwal..”. We asked: “What kind of voice is that, ya Rasulullah (Allah’s Apostle)?”. he answered: “The loud voice in middle of month Ramadan, night of Friday, there will be a real loud voice awake people who sleep, Sitting down the standee, will make girls come out from their secluding, in the night of Friday of the year which has series numbers of earth quake. If you have done your subuh prayer (morning prayer/ sholat Fajr)on that day go inside your home, close all the doors, and plug all if their holes, and cover yourself with blanket and cover/plug your ears. if at that time you feel a rumbling sound. kneel and bow your head (sujud) to Allah and say: Subhana Al-Quddus, Subhana Al-Quddus, Subhana Al-Quddus, Rabbana (Our Lord) Al-Quddus!”, because whoever do that thing will be survived and saved, otherwise will destroyed (died).
The hadith is clear, talking about a big disaster. But Prophet Mohammed PBUH did not say anything about comet, nibiru planet, or something like that. But he knows better about everything what will happen in the future. I guess he know what will happen but he did not mentioned the “technical terms” of something happen. But he knows better that disaster will bring the real destruction.

The clues from hadith above are:

1. It will happen in the mid of Ramadan, night of Friday.
After reading that hadith, i tried to check and clarify about: when will the date for the exact 14th or 15th (mid of the month Ramadan, because 1 month ramadan is equal to 29 days) to be matched with Thursday night. Then, I came to shock to check the date on the Ramadan 1433 Hijriah, and it is only the year that has the 14th on Thursday and 15th on Friday. And if we convert that date into our Gregorian calender, we will obtain 2012 A.D., and it is exactly 2012.
So, I believe that it is a high possibility for that day will something happen like the previous above explanation.

2. In the year with series numbers of earthquake.
The next clue is about the symptom. We will recognize the symptom of the destruction day by recognizing the clue: they are series numbers of earthquake. But I think, these phenomenas have been occuring for many times for different places, so we are familiar with that kind of things, aren’t we? And i think they are the signs about that phenomena (of destruction day)will come soon. Remember, 2012 is about 3 years remaining. So, what things have you prepared for?

3. Just obey what Prophet Mohammed PBUH command to us
If the time has come, and the words proof the truth, you have to do what the prophet Mohammed PBUH command us: Don’t go out at that day, close all the doors, and plug all if their holes, and cover yourself with blanket and cover/plug your ears. If you still feel the rumbling voice, kneel and bow your head (sujud) for Allah and say: Subhana Al-Quddus, Subhana Al-Quddus, Subhana Al-Quddus, Rabbana (Our Lord) Al-Quddus!”, because whoever do that thing will be survived and saved, otherwise will die.

Conclusion:
From the above explaination, we can conclude that there is something wrong in 2012. But each of the prophecy has their version. Mayan Calender noted that December 21st, 2012. Scientific Research support that opinion but do not state the exact time. While, Islam through hadith explained that there will be something big happen, but not stated the exact time. But the symptom is clear: night before Friday in the mid of ramadan, in the same year that has a lot of earthquake. After checking the islamic calender (Hijriah calender), the only day for night of Friday to be matched with mid of ramadan is only in 1433H or in 2012 A.D.
As a moslem, I believe that in 2012, the day will be in August 14th, 2012. And we have to obey and do what prophet Mohammed PBUH command us to let us survive.
